Eligibility
Verinet is open to working professionals 18 years or older with a verified work email at an allowlisted employer. Students, freelancers without a corporate domain, and anyone impersonating another person are not eligible.
Your account
One person, one account. Your phone number and work email are bound to your identity. You are responsible for keeping your passcode secure.
Conduct
Don't harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate other users. Don't post listings or messages that are illegal, discriminatory, or sexually explicit. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Repeat or severe violations result in permanent bans — your work email and mobile number are locked out for life.
Listings and connections
Verinet introduces verified people. We do not vet rental agreements, payments, or living arrangements. You are responsible for your own due diligence before signing leases or exchanging money.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your data is wiped within 48 hours.
Liability
Verinet is provided "as is." We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users or from rental arrangements made via the service.
