What we collect
Work email, phone number, age, gender, employer (derived from your verified email domain), city, intent (looking for flat / flatmate / both), preferences, and vibe tags. Photos and full name are stored only after you upload them and remain hidden from other users until mutual reveal.
What we verify
Your work email domain (against an allowlist of legitimate employers) and your mobile number via OTP. One person, one account — phone and email are bound together.
What we hide by default
Real name (shown as a single initial), phone number, profile photos, employer name. None of this is visible to other users until you both tap connect and accept.
What you control
Mutual reveal only — no one can unilaterally see your details. Block any user instantly. Delete your account at any time; everything is wiped within 48 hours, with no shadow profiles and no marketing emails.
Third parties
We use Stream Chat for messaging, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Cloudinary for image storage. We do not sell user data.
